Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we have confirmed your item is damaged or defective, you are responsible for returning your item(s) to us. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We recommend using a trusted shipper that will provide you with a tracking number. 

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not been printed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at darkanimeco@gmail.com.

If your order has been printed but not fulfilled or shipped yet, you’ll be charged a restocking fee of $9.00 per item. You’ll be refunded the total order – less the restocking fee -on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately if your order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, then we cannot accommodate your request.
